FILE MENU has disappeared from Menu Bar.. How do I get it back?

The FILE menu has disappeared from MS WORD 2002

The menu bar now starts with EDIT

How can I get the FILE menu back again?

Click Tools | Customize. Make sure the "Save in" option is set to
"normal.dot." On the Commands tab, locate the built-in menus and drag the
File menu back to the toolbar. If/when you are prompted to save the Normal
template, choose to do so.

However, I can't find the FILE MENU to drag back.

Where is it hiding?

There are THREE TABS

Many users have reported losing commands from their menu bar. Try these
fixes (in order):

1. Open Tools | Customize. On the Toolbars tab, select Menu Bar and press
Reset.

2. If that doesn't work, switch to the Commands tab and select Built-in
Menus in the Categories list. In the Commands list, select the appropriate
menu and drag it to the menu bar.

3. If that doesn't work (or the problem recurs on restarting Word), see
