Hello all, I'm new on the forums, so I apologise in advance for asking any
questions that may of been asked before.
I currently used Project 2003 in work and would like to know if there is any
way to filter or sort all the different projects/tasks to show slippage, all
those projects or individual task that are falling behind/or ahead of their
scheduled completion dates?
Currently the "variance" column shows projects/tasks that are ahead/behind
schedule (i.e 4wks (ahead) or -4wks (behind), but when you try to filter this
column it doesn't list the amounts of "slippage" from the best to the worst
or vise versa, it lists them all mixed, which means it's harder to see the
best and worst performing projects.
I hope I have been clear above and greatly apprecaite any help you can give.
