Filters with different users

Strange.....An Access 2007 db with multiple users. The database was
converted from Access 2003. When the users filter the table on a date, only
the user's data who entered the data shows up. It does not pull any data
that other users have input. The data can be seen when everything is
selected, but as soon as they filter it data by date, they can only see what
they have entered? Does Access know from their computer sign in, what data
they entered? How can I get it to show all the records from all users for
the filtered dates?
