Finding a Name

I want to match the Check Numbers from a range and to find the name t
whom the check is issued. ,e.g., ch no. 12521 is lies between 12501 t
12600 and it has issued to AB. Ch number is given in sheet "CHK" an
Range of check and and to whom the check has issued is given in shee
"BB". How I can find the name of the person?

The check numbers are not in ascending order. The Check numbers i
sheet1 and range and Name is different sheet2.

Yes, I attached a txt file as I failed to upload xls sheet. I am gettin
a message that it is a invalid file and in attach file e segment I a
getting the following "
Valid file extensions: bmp doc gif jpe jpeg jpg pdf png psd txt zip"

Now I am attaching a zip file
