Flag type issue

its OUTlook 2007 + win-xp-pro
i have two email accounts, one is Hotmail (through the connector) the other
is IMAP.
Problem: in the IMAP i can only Flag/clear-flag and flagged emails become in
the to-do list!!! in the hotmail i can choose the Type of the flag <today,
tomorrow, this week,.. etc... reminder, completed> but flagged emails never
come to the to-do list !!! so annoying

the question is: How can i make all emails (hotmail or Imap) to be flagged
with many types AND to coms to the to-do list after flagging :)
