flyer tear-offs

IM trying to create a flyer from a templete that has tear offs but i cannot
edit them because the tear off options on the right side are all greted out?

What do you want to do with the tear-offs? You can edit the text, if you change the
text on one of the tear-offs in the Wizard, all the tear-offs will change. If you
want to change each tear-off individually, select the group, arrange, click ungroup.
