Font problem in Access XP

I have Office 2007 but the package we got did not include Access so I am
still using Access XP. (Which is actually good for me because I DESPISE
Office 2007!!!!) Anyhow, I did some Microsoft updates yesterday and another
update this morning. Now, when I open the Datasheet view in Access, it is
using a weird font that is hard to read. If I go to Tools>Options and the
click the Datasheet tab, there is a drop down list for fonts. The field is
blank and nothing appears in the list. Any ideas what happened and how I can
fix it?
