Form Required Cannot be Displayed

I receive this message: "The Form required to view this message cannot be
displayed." I have Outlook 2002.

How do I resolve this.

hi guys i get the same message using outlook 2003 professional edition. the
problem reoccurs frequently i cotinually delete the ferm cache to resolve it
temporarily. will the link mentioned also work for outlook 2003?
