I have a spreadsheet that I have every other line background shaded. I used
Format painter to accomplish this. Before I updated to Excel 2007, whenever
I would insert a line it would follow the pattern I set in the Format painter
- so if I had a line shaded pink, then white, then pink, etc. when I inserted
a new line it would then adjust the pattern so that it was still pink, white,
pink, white, etc.. Now when I insert or copy a line it uses the formatting
for the line directly above where I am inserting so now it is pink, pink,
white, pink, white, pink, etc. Am I doing something wrong? I am having to
reformat my spreadsheet everytime I add new info to it.
Thanks for any info.
