Forward bounces

Lately when using Outlook 2003, I try to forward an e-mail that I have
received in my inbox, the message bounces back to me stating"

Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients.

Subject: RE: RFQ @ NIEHS in NC
Sent: 3/12/2007 10:11 AM

The following recipient(s) could not be reached:

'persons name' on 3/12/2007 10:12 AM
550 Relaying denied (#5.7.1) "

Any clues would be found helpfull. Thanks.
