FP 2002 - Repeatedly asking for username and password

Hi! I recently got a new laptop as well as a new desktop and I cannot
publish on either computer. I have set the firewalls to permit full access
to FP and it just repeatedly asks for my username and password. I still have
the old desktop and can publish fine on their. Any ideas?
