FP 2003 always asking for install CD

I have been using FP 2003 for the last eyar or so. Recently after a
winxp .net patch update everytime I start winxp (home edition) it asks
me to insert FP 2003 CD... I would like to unistall FP 2003 but
uninstaller is not working. I also tried reinstalling and getting an
error...

Does anyone have any suggestions.

BTW - I had to unistall all my .net frameworks
