FP2000 on XP Home Edition PROBLEM

I want to publish my web that I did with FP 2000 and it
says "32 TCP/IP networking not installed or
misconfigured" then you click for help and it tells
you"Install windows NT TCP/IP protocol" BUT the "how" in
the help box is not concurrent with XP - it looks like it
is for Windows NT.
Can somebody help me publish my web site? Please.
