Free/Busy Information is Correct only for Outlook 2000 and 2007, not 2003

So this is bizarre, and it's happening to only one user. I've tried a
ton of fixes:

When the user opens their own Scheduling availability with Outlook
2003, they see incorrect free/busy data. It shows a few out of office
meetings that look to be recurring and is missing her actual calendar
schedule. I've tried launching with /cleanfreebusy and /cleanschedplus
to no avail. I've tried reinstalling Outlook (albeit not a completely
new install on a new machine) and it still does not work.

However, if I launch Outlook 2000 or 2007, her Free/Busy data for her
own schedule is correct. If I /cleanfreebusy 2000 or 2007, her free
busy data on the server is actually correct, and everybody can see her
correct free busy data. If I open her mailbox with Outlook 2003 (and
I've tried it on two separate machines), she can not see the correct
data, and it reverts back to putting her free busy information as the
inaccurate one. However, if I use 2003 from a different account, I can
see her info fine. It's only if she looks at her own.

I've tried:

Deleting her Free/Busy "message" in the hidden Schedule Public Folder
where it is kept and then /cleanfreebusy'ing with Outlook 2003 with
System Manager - no dice.
Reinstalling Outlook 2003 on her computer - but this is just via add/
remove programs components.
Running MFCMAPI and deleting the PR_FREEBUSY_ENTRYID entries from her
mailbox and inbox.

Any suggestions?

Thanks!
