Free/busy shows perpetually busy 24/7 to other users

Two of my Entourage users' schedules show them as "busy" 24 hours a day
7 days a week for the next two months when other users try to set
meetings with them. These two users' own calendars look fine, no away
message enabled, etc. All other Exchange users see them this way - we
have a mix of Outlook 2003 and Entourage 2004 users in an Exchange 2003
environment.

Any suggestions would be hugely appreciated.

Hi Lorin!

Can you verify what appears when the users log in to their accounts via
Outlook or, better yet, Outlook Web Access (OWA)? Do they have any
multi-day all-day events scheduled? Are you sure they are looking at
their Exchange calendar in Entourage and not their local calendar?

Hi William,

Thanks for the reply: I have checked in OWA to make sure that they are
looking at their Exchange calendars. They also don't have any
suspicious multi-day all-day events - They just appear to be booked
solid for weeks at a time, to other users.
