FrontPage 2002 will not let user save file

I have installed Frontpage on each machine under Admin login and it works
fine, however when I log in as student, the progrom runs but when you save
file it comes back with cannot save file. So the student that need it have
to use the admin login. Can anyone help!!

Unfortunately, FP is only allowed to use the permissions enabled by the OS.
If the user account doesn't have permission to save a file then FP can't
save it. FP is basically making requests of the host OS'es file system to do
all the saving and can only do what the student account is able to do.
You'll have to see what the student account has rights and permissions to
do. In a typical school/university environment, this may not be much except
to save to floppy.
