Frontpage 2003 and external CSS

Does Frontpage have the ability to create external CSS automatically if i
copy and paste ites into my website page.

What I am saying is, if I build the website page and cut and paste items,
will frontpage create an external CSS page for me, or do I have to manually
create the external CSS page?

Same question, same answer - You have to create your own CSS - FrontPage
will not do it automatically.
