FrontPage 2003 and SharePoint Designer 2007 compatibility

Can both SharePoint Designer 2007 and FrontPage 2003 be used interchangeably
to modify and update the same FrontPage 2003 web site? In other words, can
FrontPage 2003 be used to modify a site that was modified with SharePoint
Designer?

FrontPage can be used to modify a website created with SharePoint Designer,
but going the other way (FrontPage to SharePoint) may present problems,
depending on page content.
SharePoint Designer does not support VML graphics (Textboxes, Wordart,
autoshapes etc created with the FrontPage Drawing toolbar).
Also note that FrontPage supports asp.NET 1, whereas SharePoint Designer
uses asp.NET v 2.
