garbled fonts in email body text

Version: 2008 Operating System: Mac OS X 10.4 (Tiger) Processor: Power PC Email Client: Exchange I tried deleting those two files in the User>Library>Caches and restarted but this has not fixed my problem. Any other suggestions?
