Generated text copies into another template

Hi - new here so not sure if this has been discussed. Scenario: I have a form that is completed and then a button copies text from the form based on checkbox selection. This generated text is then pasted directly into two internal applications - this is working perfectly. What I also want to happen is when another command button is clicked, this copied text is pasted into another Word template that is then printed and given to clients. Is this possible? The template includes a header/footer and the text would paste into the active area. Thanks for any answers!
