Groove download on client hangs

I have Groove 2007 SP1 running on a Windows 2003 Server.
I have created an account and workspaces and can view them on the server.

When I connect to the Groove server from a client, I can login and see the
workspaces listed, but when I try to Download the workspace, it just hangs in
the "Downloading" tab.

There are no errors or alerts shown on the client (Event logs) or launchbar.

On the server in the MS Office Sessions event log I get...

Does anyone have any ideas what the problem might be?
