Group e.mails problem

I use Microsoft Office: mac 2008. When I am asked to stop sending e.mails
to people on a group mailing list, the messages continue to go out to them
with subsequent mailings, even though the addresses have been deleted. How
can I stop this? Faydells

Are you deleting the name in the group as well as the Address Book?

No, but when I click on the group name the names are not present.
Their not being present means I can't access them to do anything
retrospectively. Thanks for your suggestion.

If the name is not in the group, then I'm not sure how Entourage can
magically add their names to the message.
