Hello Hemanth,

There was a change between Project 2003 and Project 2007 that
changed what value is shown when grouping is applied. In 2003, the
description was shown and as you have noted in 2007, the codes
themselves are shown, not the description. I'm afraid short of
either changing the codes or adding another field with the
description and grouping by that field, I don't know of a way to fix
it.

To your comment about "vertical" bands not showing -- I assume you
are referring to the non-working time display in the Gantt chart
view? If you see them in your view, you should see them when
printing. If not, check your printer setup. Project is fairly
picky about printer drivers -- check to see that you have the latest
driver for you setup.

I hope this helps. Let us know how you get along.
