Header & Footer affecting margins

Version: 2008 Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard) Processor: Intel I want to have different odd & even page headers in my word document. When I select this feature for the header, it changes the margins for the text in all of my even pages. Is there a way to prevent this from happening, or an easy way to change the margins of all the even pages?

Go to Format>Document>Margins and set the margins you need.

Normally, you need to allow one centimetre greater margin on the "Inside"
than on the "Outside" margin, to allow for the binding.

If you have Tracked Changes in the document, and you have set your
Preferences for Tracked Changes to "Use Balloons" you will have a wide right
margin to make room for the thought bubbles. To remove it, resolve all the
changes.

Cheers
