Hello, when can I get MSOffice or atleast outlook on U3 platform?

When I bought a sandisk U3 platform usb flash drive, it said i can take my
outlook data with and use it on any machine. However, it is no so.

When can I get MS Office or atleast outlook on U3 platform?

You can copy your data files to the drive, then connect those data files to
another outlook installation, but thats it.
Simply connecting your data files to another installation wont neccessarily
allow you full use of outlook since then you would need to create the
accounts on that other PC, and your accounts may have ISP relay issues,
depending on your physical location or type of account

Most programs themselves, cannot be installed on external media, then that
media be used on another PC
