I am in Real Estate. I have been using Accounts to record properties and
Contacts to record people who own the property. Then I link the Contact from
the Account screen. I have a normal Outlook contacts file which I manually
copy my BCM Contacts over to for synch to iphone. I have approx 200 Accounts
and 250 Contacts so far. all of a sudden I can only see approx 50 contacts
in the selection box when attempting to link a contact to an account. These
seem to be reallyold contacts that I brought across from Outlook contacts. I
have done the database repair several times, run scanpst, canned the old
outlook profile and started with a new one and all to no avail. I have also
reduced my pst size to nix. I connect to an Exchange Server at my workplace
but do not share contacts nor do I want to. I am running Office 2007 on
Vista on a Lenovo X61T with 4 G Ram. I have the following Outlook Addins
enabled
BCM
Itunes Outlook Addin
MS Exchange Unified messaging
Microsoft Office Sharepoint Server Colleague Import Addin (not sure why)
Microsoft Outlook Mobile Service
OneNote notes about Outlook items
outlook change notifier
Windows Search Indexer
Google Calendar Synch
If this issue has been dealt with elsewhere please point me in that
direction. otherwise does anyone have a clue?
Tangentially I am interested in talking to anyone using Outlook/BCM as their
primary CRM for Real Estate especially if you are located in New Zealand.
