how can i print the subject and to fields in sent html e mails

Once I have composed and sent an e-mail in html in Outlook 2003, I cannot now
print the "to, cc attachments or subject fields" as the printed e-mail just
shows the main body.

I can however print all these when printing an html received e-mail??

I have downloaded IE7 and wonder if this has had an effect?
