how do I change clip art once i've saved?

I used blank buisness card template, inserted different clip arts into each
card, saved and printed, but some of the clip art photos go over the edges.
Now I cannot figure out how to move them, word will not let me choose the
picture on the document, only lets me change the text. (pictures are set
behind text)

Help!
