How do I change Computer Time Zone

When I schedule event in Entourage 2004, I see Event Time Zone and Computer Time Zone. I would like to change the Computer Time Zone which says South Africa to East Coast US. As far as I know, my computer has never been to Africa. How do I correct this?

Go to System Preferences --> Date & Time --> Click on Time Zone tab.

I had already checked there. Date & Time is set for EST (Washington). Any other ideas? Thanks.
