How do I change the time sent stamp in Outlook?

Q

QueenB2the9s

The time stamp on all of my messages (sent and received) are all one hour
off. The clock on my computer is correct, as well as the clock on our
server. I've checked the time zone, and I'm in the correct zone. It doesn't
matter who I send/receive messages from; the time stamp is always one hour
off. Thanks for any input.

This is usually caused by a mismatch in the daylight savings time settings
in Outlook's Calendar and WIndows' clock.
