how do I completely transfer everything?

For Outlook 2002, I'm hoping there's a way to copy everything off the
hard drive of my old PC in order to have all my mail and settings
transfered intact to my new PC (I couldn't use any sort of transfer
wizard, if one exists, because my old PC died and I simply have put the
old drive in my new PC as drive D:).

I have Outlook installed in my new PC. I tried simply copying
everything from the folders \Documents and Settings\<USER
NAME>\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook and \Documents and
Settings\<USER NAME>\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook
but that didn't work, so there must be more to it than that.

Actually, what I want to do is even more elaborate, because after my
old PC broke down I used my backup PC until it also broke down, and I
want to import the mail from that one onto my new PC too. And after
that I was using a borrowed laptop running Thunderbird, so I want to
import all that mail into Outlook. But the first step is just to get
my settings and the majority of my mail back in place. Thanks for any
help.
