How do I correct the (0X800CCCF4) error in Outlook 2003

I use Outlook 2003 as my email program. When trying to download messages
from my Hotmail Plus account I recieve the following error message
continiously -"Task Hotmail: folder: Inbox:Downloading all items.'reported
error (0X800CCCF4): An unknown error has occured.'"
