How do I create a church newsletter with Microsoft Publisher 2003?

How do I create a church newsletter with Microsoft Publisher 2003? Also I
would like to use clip art I have downloaded from Microsoft clip art I have
downloaded in it.

Have you looked at the built in newsletter templates? They will give you an
idea on how to setup your publication.
