How do I fix a missing or broken reference in an Access database?

I am trying to set my switchboard to open automatically when I open the
database file in Access 2003. I'm not sure what to do to set it. Also, when I
double click on the switchboard to open it, I get the following error message,
Microsoft Office Access
Your Microsoft Office Access database or project contains a missing or
broken reference to the file 'MSAD015.DLL' version 2.1
To ensure that you database or project works properly, you must fix this
reference.
How do I go about doing all of this?
Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

1) To show the switchboard when opening the form:
Tools + StartUp
Enter the Switchboard form name in the Display Form/Page dropdown.

2) To fix a broken reference:
Open any module in Design view (or click Ctrl + G).
On the Tools menu, click References.
Click to clear the check box for the type library or object library
marked as "Missing:."

An alternative to removing the reference is to restore the referenced
file to the path specified in the References dialog box. If the
referenced file is in a new location, clear the "Missing:" reference
and create a new reference to the file in its new folder.

See Microsoft KnowledgeBase articles:

Microsoft Access'
