How do I get a bullet?

Hello:


I need a quick way to get a bullet. The problem, however, is that my laptop
doesn't accept Alt key commands. Could someone please tell how to get a
bullet in Word 2007. I don't need a list or anything--just a bullet (the
relatively thick black dot). Thanks.

From the question, I assume that you want a bullet character, not bullets
per se (which you can create by clicking on the Bullets tool in the Home
ribbon tab). In the Insert tab, at the right end, click Symbol - More
Symbols, and click on the bullet character. With Font: set to (normal text),
you should find at least one. Using the Symbol or one of the Wingdings
fonts, you'll find more.
