How do I get color to the edge of the paper on a poster?

I am making a poster in Publisher, but the color in the picture that takes up
half the page is not going to the edges of the paper so it is making a white
uneven border around the picture. How can I get the picture and the color to
go right to the edges of the paper so that there is no white around it?

Thanks. Any help would be appreciated.
