We want to assing tasks from userA to userB. When userB accepts or modify's
the task it send an email to userA. Before the updates show up in userA's
task list, userA has to open the email. Marking it as read, moving it,
deleting it don't seem to work. We would like to make it so that userA does
not need to take any action when user B updates a task. We use outlook 2007
on exchange server.
