How do I know a message was recalled?

What does "You attempted to recall this message.." tell me? Was it recalled?
How do I know for sure? Someone I recalled knew that I recalled. What's up
with that? Please help

Means EXACTLY what it says. It's a request to "recall" the message you
sent. Whether it succeeded or not is impossible to determine. Just as it
is impossible to know whether a message was delivered in the first place.

Thanks Bob. I understand. Just because one uses the "recall" feature,
doesn't mean that the message is actualled "recalled" and isn't contingent
upon whether the recipient "beats you to it" or not. Also, the recipient may
become aware (electronically) that a message sent to them was recalled. There
are not abolutes either way. Thanks again.
