How do I randomize slides when using Powerpoint for flashcards?

Jason Camillo

I want to randomize slides but I want to do so while keeping each pair of
slides stuck together (I'm using Powerpoint for Foreign language flashcards).

I noticed there was an addin when I did a search on this topic but the addin
just randomizes everything which would screw up my flashcards.

Is there a way to do this?

Thanks,
Jason.

You might have to create your own macro to do this. It wouldn't be too
incredibly difficult except that getting started with macros might be
more effort than you want. You can see a few randomizing examples and
ideas at:

Have you considered merging the content on each pair of slides into a
single slide? Use animation to show the first set then hide it and
show the 2nd set. Now, since the pair of slides have collapsed into a
single slide you can use an existing solution.
