Do you really need a footer? You may find using a background page more to
your liking.
Headers and Footers were added to address a specific problem and are not as
versatile as a background page.
In the early days of Visio, there were many requests for a way to number
individual printed pages when a Visio drawing prints over multiple pages. In
most cases, the Visio drawing is the same size as the printed pages.
