How do you schedule a meeting in different time zone?

How do you schedule a meeting for a different time zone? Example I am working
in KY on Eastern time zone but am scheduling a meeting for April 21 at 18:00
in the Berlin time zone (in Outlook 2003).

Anyone know how to do this without having change your Windows time zone
settings?

Add the second time zone to the calendar (right click on the time scale in
day view and choose time zone... ) then use that scale to get the correct
time period.

Berlin is UTC+1/+2. Eastern is UTC-5/-4, so there are six hours between them
Schedule your meeting for 12:00 noon Eastern time and it will be 18:00 Berlin
time.
