Mailing, labels, select Full page of the same label, and new document.
But in the new document, I would like to bold some part of the address, afte
I did that in the first cell, how can I apply it to the rest of the labels
without doing it one by one?

You could have emboldened it in the label editor window (right click) but
now you can copy the required content and paste it to the rest of the cells

- or you can use the macro at http://www.gmayor.com/graphics_on_labels.htm

Graham,
Thanks for your answer. I don't really understand your answer, maybe I
didn't say my question clearly, I probably should say my question in this
way: If I want to bold only the names on all the labels (not the other part
of the address), after I bold the name of the first label, how can I easily
appy the bold to the names on the rest of the labels? is there any button
like in one of the step of Mail Merge wizard, which is called "Apply it to
all"?

Your question was clear enough. I'm sorry my reply wasn't :(

You can edit the text to embolden part of the address in the label editor
window from the label tool. Type in or insert the address. Select the name
part then press CTRL+B (bold) or Right Click > Font > Bold. The attributes
will apply to all the labels when you click New Document.

The macro at the linked page does exactly what you ask, though it is better
suitred to more complicated labels which include graphics. For this simple
task you should use the above method. If you don't know how to use macros,
see http://www.gmayor.com/installing_macro.htm .

My reading is that the OP wants to bold just part of a the content of any
given label (names but not addresses). Perhaps I'm misreading, though.

That's what I understood also and that's what my replies addressed.

Graham and Suzanne, thanks for your reply.
Actually, Graham understood my question and the answer was clear enough this
time, which solved my problem.
Thanks again.
