How to block <unknown sender> mail in Outlook inbox?

How can I block <unknown sender> mail in MS Outlook 2003 inbox? By "unknown
sender" it is meant mail whose sender line is in blank as well as its subject
line. The junk e-mail feature is of no help in this case as it requires a
sender id or a subject line. Thanks.
