How to copy project using object model in PSI

[Customizing Project Server Webparts]

Hi,
I have to copy an existing published project(in Project server) using
PSI object model.
For Example :- If i have project-I, i should be able to copy all the
content of project-I with another name called project-II.

If any one have idea about it, please help me !
