how to customize a particular project workspace

i want to customize any particular project workspace in epm2007 which has
implemented at my pc.

and i want to customize risk and issue . and change the fields and want to
add more new fields and remove previous one. but it will apply only with one
project workspace . when the use open issue and risks in other project
workspace . it was showing the default template of risks and issues.

and want to add new fields

Project Name: [Insert Project Name]
Project Start Date: [dd/mm/yyyy]
Project Manager: [Insert Project Manager]
Project End Date: [dd/mm/yyyy]
Project Description: [Insert brief Project Description Man Days
Completed: [dd]
Risk Number
Risk Raised by
e.t.c
