How to disable Junk e-mail processing

Hi all

One of my Outlook 2003 users is having problem disabling Junk e-mail
processing.

The reason she wants to disable this feature in Outlook 2003 is that OL
keeps moving her important email to the Junk E-mail folder. Here is what I
did in an attempt to disable this "smart" feature without success.

1. Under Junk E-mail Options, check "No Automatic filtering."
2. Clear all the Safe Senders list.
3. Clear all the Safe Recipients list.
4. Clear all the Blocked Senders list.

Once a while, she will still finds her email in the Junk Folder. Is there a
way to permanently remove this feature and Junk email folder?

Hi Srikanth

Adding her own email addressing to the Safe Senders list will disable the
Junk Email processing feature? Why so?

Still have no idea why "No Automatic filtering" still does not disable Junk
email filtering. It's quite annoying Microsoft created this feature that
can't be disabled.

Having a similar problem here with Outlook 2007. I will regularly see emails
from domains that I have added to the Safe Senders List still show up in the
Junk folder. Not all, but definitely a considerable number. I can only assume
one of 3 things: 1) there's a global setting somewhere that's somehow
overriding the inclusion of a particular domain in the Safe Senders List; 2)
this a problem peculiar to HotMail or other "web-based" email programs and
their particular settings/configurations; or 3) this is a bug in Outlook.
Even with Microsoft's reputation for bug-fixing (or lack thereof), I would
put more credence in 1 or 2. Still trying . . . will post if I come up with a
solution.

2) gets my vote. Unless you're using the Outook connector, the junk filter
doesn't work on HTTP accounts.
