How to display a hyperlink without the underline in Publisher

Sending a mailshot - dont want to use gifs for design - so used text boxes
which are hyperlinked - but I dont want the underline - can anyone please
tell me how to display the text without. Thanks

You can't eliminate the underline. You could create a thick white line to cover
the underline or a small rectangle, no line, white fill, no wrap. Of course this
will cover the hanging parts of your font.

It apparently depends on what version of Pub you have. In 2002, you can
right-click on a hyperlink. This brings up an edit box and at the lower
right side is a choice to 'Remove Link'.

oh yeah ... that's so true ... good thinking! i was just thinking about
getting rid of the line.

i do it all the time to get rid of the blue line, but my document goes
out in snail mail as a paper newsletter.

So do I but I'm always disappointed when I chick in the paper and it doesn't
