How to drag Callout autoshape?

When dragging a Callout autoshape, the shape body moves, but the
callout's arrow ends do not move. This causes a mess if you paste a
drawing with many callouts to another slide and need to move the whole
drawing.

Is there any way to drag a callout and have the entire shape move as an
unchanged item? Alt-Drag and Shift-drag don't work. Those would seem to
be the obvious ways to accomplish this. CTRL-Drag works, but also makes
a copy, which is a problem if the old and new locations overlap.

If you move it using the arrow key on your keyboard, does the arrow end move
now?
