How to enable officelink (myob) to work with Microsoft word?

I am receiving this message when trying to open an officelink letter file
through MYOB. I get as far as Microsoft Word opening and then this message
appears. I have tried to modify settings on Word with no luck.

specified macro.

Thank you for your reply. I am currently using MYOB V15 Accounting Plus and
Word 2003. Windows operating system. The information on Myob help is
confusing. If you have any ideas that would be greatly appreciated.
