How to export UML in Visio to XMI file

I am trying to export UML in Visio2003 (Windows 2000) to XMI file. I copied
the xmiexprt.dll to visio11\dll folder. My paths are correct and macro
security set top low. I still cannot see xmi export option in Tools>Add-ons
menu.
Can someone suggest a solution please?
